I know this sounds silly but I like their banner. I see so many that are just ripping off images from elsewhere or reusing the same ones everybody else uses. Like that chick with the white long sleeved shirt and black pants with her laptop on her lap and her arms over her head. Sick of seeing that one. Nice to see something original.
