Zhang: Hello. How may I help you?
Me: Good evening. I was trying to purchase a VPS plan using your promo code summervps5019, but the system says that it is expired.
Zhang: yes
we expire that
and now don’t have promo code for vps
Me: Oh… the banner is still up on your website
Zhang: in our website index page there already don’t have that
Me: (Provided URL to page that banner was on – removed so as to not get binned in spam)
It is still showing.
Zhang: I checked, there also don’t have
maybe it’s because your browser cache
Me: I can take a screenshot if you would like
Tonight is the first time I have visited your site.
Zhang: oh, so which plan do you want ? if the plan is high, maybe I can give you some discount manually
Me: That’s quite alright Zhang. The level of service I have received concerning a promotion that is clearly visible on your website, speaks volumes. I will make certain that I leave my potential customer review on the VPS hosting sites. Thank you for your time.
Zhang: ok, and if you need high plan’s for vps or hybrid, you can contact me,

Me: Actually, I won’t. Particularly when you put it this way, “if the plan is high, maybe I can give you some discount manually”. No thank you.

With this level of pre-sale service, I would not recommend DediPath. Hard pass.
