fliphostAlex, from Fliphost, came up with amazing offers to celebrate their 3rd year in the hosting industry. Fliphost has just turned three years old as of June 2014. Congratulations on reaching this milestone! Fliphost has been acquired by Query Foundry and operates independently. They have been featured many times before on LowEndBox. They own their hardware and network fully at both of their Dallas and Los Angeles locations. If you have a question, or want to give your fellow LowEndBox members some feedback about Fliphost, please comment below.

For Dallas and Buffalo, you have to open a ticket to request your 2nd IPv4. IPv6 is available in Dallas as well as Los Angeles. If you think that you will require a speed boost on your Storage VPS, you can pay a mere $2 to get your port upgraded to 1Gbps. PayPal is the payment processor they use, and refunds are processed on a case by case basis. Anything illegal in the United States is considered prohibited and should not be run on their network. This includes Tor exit nodes and excessive CPU or I/O usage that could have an impact on other VPS users. As always, I recommend potential clients to read the Terms of Service document prior to ordering.

None of the prices seem correct.

Also I’m assuming the ‘Storage250’ and ‘Storage500’ plans are SSD-Cached, correct?

    • They are HDD I suppose.

Jumped on a special storage offer they had in May of 2013 and have had it since. Over the past year uptime, network and IO speed have been great. Few IO issue due primarily to abusers that their support quickly handled.

Looking forward to this next year with them.

There are over 35 different models under the E5 family for servers – ranging from 1.8 to 3.6 GHz. Could you be a bit more specific on the CPU models?

Some notes on commenting on LowEndBox:

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
