LowEndBox - Cheap VPS, Hosting and Dedicated Server Deals

Fresh Meat Week Continues: Meet Elixior, Brand New in Business with Cheap VPS Offers in Quebec!

LowEndBox frequently gets requests to feature new and upcoming hosts. We try to strike a balance between featuring new hosts that our community can explore versus hosts that vanish after a month in business.  This week, we’re featuring new hosts that don’t have much of a track record but want your business.  They’re offering great deals so…are you feeling lucky?  As always, caveat emptor but if you like to live on the edge, this is your week!

ElixiorWelcome, Elixior!

They’re a brand new company and I do mean brand new.  They just started operations in May.  Indeed, this is not an offer we’d normally run, but this is fresh meat week so let’s take a look:

Hi, I’m Nathan, the founder of Elixior. As an 18-year-old Canadian entrepreneur, I embarked on my hosting journey at the age of 15, tinkering with some old hardware at home while connecting with the community on Discord. Driven by passion, I took a solo leap in May 2024 to establish a professional hosting service. It all began with a Dell R620, and recently, I upgraded to a Supermicro server to offer DDR4 RAM and NVMe SSDs. Elixior remains dedicated to providing top-tier services at incredibly affordable prices—all managed by me, alone.

So young provider, one man band, just started in business…🚨🚨. But then, how do young providers get started if people don’t try them.  Note that their is a yearly offer below but also monthly offers.  Personally I’d go with a monthly given the provider’s newness in the market, but it’s up to you.

You can read more on their web site, including their terms of service and fair use policy.  They take credit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and crypto.

    • Hello Chuck,

I’ve set it to RAID 0 because I monitor the drives daily. The Intel DC P4610 SSDs we use are highly reliable and currently show no signs of failure, as you can see in this screenshot: https://img.m-h.zip/firefox_bFReSG1DQP.png. Rest assured, if I notice any indications of potential drive failure, I will promptly back up all VPS instances, replace the drives, and restore the backups to ensure minimal disruption and continued performance.

      Best regards, Nathan Laviolette
