Host Dark accepts payments using Paypal, WU, Credit Card, Debit Card, Payza, and Bitcoin. Refund policy is not clear on their website. Some activities not allowed on their servers includes IRC and game servers. In my opinion, their AUP needs to be edited as some prohibited activities are weird. (E.g. Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons). As always, kindly read their legal pages carefully before making any purchase. Here is the link to their their Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy.

Thank you for your AUP alert, we have gone ahead and fixed a few issues with it and do plan to revamp it moreso in the future. Our Money Back guarantee is only on secured/reseller hosting, we sometimes make exceptions for VPS’s as well. Rarely do we make exceptions for dedicated servers but we have provided refunds to clients on dedicated servers as well. We went under a different name prior to two years ago, we had the name International Host

Back in 2011, we went by a few different names until we settled to internationalhost.net then converted to Host Dark. Sorry for any confusion with the names.
Can you provide a IPv6 /48 for the VPS?
