Out of stock already :( I wanted to move as SparkVPS sent an email last night saying they will shutdown on monday ! Need a new host
Hi, all plans are back in stock. Let me know if you have any issues placing your order
@Squeeky
SparkVPS? I got a similar letter from SupremeVPS…I wonder if they are one and the same.
Anyone that was impacted by the recent providers shutdown, shoot us a message at contact@hyperexpert.com and we will give you a special discount to help ease your transfer process :)
Respectfully, I sent two emails to that address and did not receive any response.
I am so sorry for the delay, we received many emails about this and not sure if yours was lost in the shuffle. If no one got back to you yet, please try to send an email again and I will make sure you will be well taken care of ;)
Same with HostBrz. I received the email 2hrs after moaning to paypal about them, and paypal said they’d probably limit the merchants account. Selling 100Mbps as 1Gbps and the speeds were awful, machines varied in performance but mostly not good, (windows and ubuntu, LA and NYC, they moved me to try to help).
Their website feels like it’s missing a stylesheet or something. I know the serif font-face is intentional, but it doesn’t fit a technology company at all. It’d be much better in sans-serif.
Duly noted
Just bought a plan to test and now the portal/client area to setup is down. Not a good start.
I am so sorry if you were having issues with your VPS. We have not had any outages recently. If you are still having issues from your end please don’t hesitate to contact support@hyperexpert.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.
For anyone considering HyperExpert, I’ve been using them for about a year now and it’s an incredibly good value. They have a very fast network, an active community on Discord and great support. I haven’t personally tried their NVME plans, but I hear they are blazing fast.
Thank you :)
Hi.
Shared hosting customer since 2017 here.
I’m satisfied with the service and would like to continue being a customer of yours.
I need to upgrade my plan but could not find any deals on shared hosting in the website anymore
Are you still offering shared hosting plans?
Thanks and Merry Christmas!
