  3. How are you able to offer unlimited shared hosting accounts despite the new cPanel pricing?

    Hi,
I’ve got a VPS from Kudo and i’m afraid they are having problems keeping it up! Every morning I check my server and there’s no sign of life. Even the panel @ https://solusvm.kudohosting.com cannot talk to it, in around 2 hours it will get fixed and I can use it again. Needless to say I’ve written off the annual fee I paid and I’m looking to move elsewhere.

Avoid these guys, they are clowns. I paid for a years worth of service, which is shortly coming to an end. The majority of the time the service was completely unusable, with disk reads speeds around 2.7MB/sec. Every time I spoke to support they just kept saying “We have optimized our host node”, which did absolutely nothing. I got around 5 messages saying that, and another that said “If you want increase your port speed kindly bye it” (their spelling, not mine). It seems they have no idea what they’re doing, and despite me stating clearly that it was a DISK SPEED issue (with my results from dd copy/pasted in to the issue), I was being asked to “bye” more bandwidth? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

    STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!
I paid 2 years in advance, after 1 month all my sites went down for 3 days..still down. Numerous tickets didn’t help, they keep the answering with the same bot reply that they have optimized the node. Needless to say it solved nothing. I can’t even take the files from their server in order to transfer it to a new host.
They don’t have any phone or chat support, so can’t reach them in any other way other than a ticket.
In short, stay away even if they give you a free VPd, these guys have no idea what they are doing and will just waste your time and money.

I’ve migrated to Cyclone servers which is so far all good and very fast. I left a default site running on Kudo which died again today. I’m asking for a refund just for a laugh we’ll see what happens.

Don’t throw your money away, go somewhere else!!
