From what I can tell this is optional, you can choose whether to pay in USD or INR at the ordering form.

    • Yes, payment in INR is a way for our Indian clients to save on Exchange fees.

For all international clients our order form will automatically use USD.

You are ordering through a proxy. You will need to use your own ISP without any proxy/VPN to order.

You have ordered twice through ServerStack VPS/Server proxy and once from Colocrossing VPS/Server proxy.

I bought a VPS with them (India) and it crashes all the time, it’s basically useless. Highly **not** recommended.

To add insult to injury — on top of the crappy service it would appear they have since “Terminated” my service without bothering to notify me or refund me for the unused time. Classy company.

      • Please provide a ticket number or vps IP as I have no way to validate this claim. None of our nodes are crashing, and I can say this for sure as we have not rebooted ANY node used for the Lowendbox offer since the offer was posted on LET. If your own VPS is crashing there are various reasons, and very few of these reasons are actually due to the main node or the service provider.

  38. They told me that they have network issue. Then the speed drop dramatically. Feel like I’m connecting from dial up modem.

  42. Worst Company! The CEO insults the customers in support ticket! They dont have respect for their customers! It was all fine few days back when they shoot an email of migration and since then i cannot even delete 10 posts from my blog if i want !Please dont take any services from them as the company showing all signs of going down!Atleast when it comes to servers and costumer support.
IF you choose to reply to this comment then i would surely publish my ticket details where CEO is offending me and my 20 years experience as a techie!

    • It seems you are looking to post this on any page related to Leapswitch.

If you are unable to understand Resource limits in shared hosting, you need to ask an experienced web developer to take a look at your website instead of flashing the 20 years experience in each of your tickets and such ‘reviews’.

For readers, long story short, client has shared hosting (not even related to this offer/LEB), exceeded CloudLinux limits and is unable to determine what is causing it.

    • Peter:

I have a VPS with them since quite some time, and my experience has been quite good (price is of course not comparable to US offers, but server and network uptime-wise, I’ve had no problems with them). Data-centers in India (Pune included) are expensive but reliability is comparable to any other location.
