Poor technical Support – very slow response and troubleshooting. Servers have very slow disks, they wiped all customers data, just see servers uptime.. it’s a JOKE? serious company..
Scammers, 5days downtime without any normal answers on ticket system.. dont buy there!
Support doesn’t answer tickets instead of dealing with customers guy just play Counter Strike!
If you are thinking of buying something, just find a better hosting provider.
It’s a bit sad really as I was quite happy with the server I had with them.
But the server went down, and they have not communicated with any urgency. Over a week later, there is still no server replacement, and yesterday they just terminated our server.
Today, their website appears to be down or gone.
I waited for the promise of a replacement server in 24 hrs, and 4 months credit to make up for losing a server and all data, and now it appears that they have scampered.
Hope I am wrong on this; but it all looks like a cut and run.
Seems like scam hosting using stolen credit cards.. probably they have suspended server on Sweden (AltusHost) because of it and we lost our data.. nobody want to talk with us and i can’t get my money back.. the website is offline 1/3 of the time.. i don’t want to wait anymore.. i can’t recommend it for You.. don’t waste Your money and time
the second owner insults customers on a multi-account on their discord.. what the hell is wrong with this kids..

This company probably works illegally, there is no PayPal information, paypal account named “George Popescu” instead of the name of one of the owners, or company details (what the f.. ???) domain registered to a private person, someone mentioned paying with stolen credit cards on discord. Thats probably where this data loss is coming from. Look at third-party lowendbox and lowendspirit reviews. Registered until 2023 and had a lot of server issues. nobody wants your scammed servers.. scammers away! i will report you to the judiciary in romania too. your scams have gone too far!
Suspicious company, has incorrect phone numbers in the company information, the PayPal account they use does not have company infomations, a suspicious name that looks like a football player’s name. It looks like a typical scam and the opinions of previous people prove it, and that they can’t answer a simple question. avoid far as possible!
Staff can’t even answer the simple question of whether you can buy an additional IP address. At the time of the failure in Moldova, they couldn’t solve the problem and told me to wait. I’m waiting until today and I still don’t have a server :)
They don’t respond to tickets, the second owner on the multi-account insults customers on Discord, calls them poor, openly writes about fraud and then deletes messages. it’s sad to see it. I will never buy anything from romania again!

Signed up days ago, still no services provisioned. Haven’t responded to any of my tickets. Scammers.
Avoid Avoid Avoid and if I haven’t made it clear Avoid this provider. Signed up and had okay service for a month and then communication stopped, credit card processing went away without any notification, server was wiped, and they stopped paying their licenses for software. They are also posting photos of them buying cars with the money and bragging about it on their discord.
