This is Mach9Servers first post at LowEndBox and hopefully the start of many more offers to come. Mach9Servers were originally called Hosthali, however they decided to re-brand to their current name. I cannot find any reviews for Mach9Servers however I found a few reviews for HostHali which were good. Prices are in Canadian dollars, so don’t be alarmed if it costs a few cent more than you were expecting when ordering. The ‘Budget-OpenVZ-Sonic’ comes with 756MB of RAM; I first thought it was a typo, but it is also listed on their website & whmcs. Normally VPS’s expand by 128MB chunks (256,384,512,640,768MB etc) – I wonder if they actually do mean 768MB or if they’re just trying to be unique?

They offer a 100% uptime SLA and a 15 day money back guarantee. As well as unmanaged VPS services, Mach9Servers also provide dedicated severs and managed virtual servers. TUN/TAP can be enabled on request, however IRC is not permitted; for a comprehensive list of acceptable uses, check out their Terms of Service. You can also view their Privacy Policy. IPv6 will be available in the next month or so.

I had a VPS with them before this offer, had good up-time and a good download speed (Chicago location)
    Their support is decent.

I wonder if you actually mean “they’re”, or just trying to be unique? :)

Very slow customer support if any at all. They say live chat and live support however there is no such thing.

Had a VPS up until yesterday. Their network went down. Not able to contact them through any means. Absolutely zero communication/support coming from the company. I had to restore my backups to another host last night.

    :(
