LOL, promo-code substracts always only 4$. Tested for the 1st one: if you select monthly payment, final price is 5-4=1$. If you select annual payment, you get 60-4=56$.
Correct, the offer clearly states its for monthly payments only. WHMCS is limiting on how it handles promo codes so we wanted to keep it simple.
Signed up for the 2Gb VPS. It was provisioned immediately and looked good. But I was unable to install Webmin or Cyberpanel because I repeatedly got the error “Network error: Software caused connection abort.” Also in SSH my password kept being rejected about 50% of the time, even when stored by MobaXTerm.
Also tried Putty and enabling keep alive. But no success. Reinstalled Alma and Rocky but the same… After two hours I decided the best thing would be to cancel. I then connected to another VPS of mine and it remained connected for 15 minutes without an issue.
Not an expert but have had VPSes for several years and never had this. Explained my decision in the cancellation note. No response. Glad it was only $2…

Miami location extremely slow. VPS was moved 3 TIMES and problem persist. 2 hours for reinstall, 1 hour for reboot.
We are currenly investigating multiple clients which signed up 100s of 1 GB plans and are abusing CPU resources in the Miami location across our entire fleet of nodes. We are going to have this resolved shortly and restore the resources to our other customers.
I appreciate your patience as our team resolves this issue.
Honestly, it is probably the worst VPS I’ve ever used. I could drive to Miami faster than I could use it.
