alipay accept too, which is good for my country. Nothing bad to say.

Great offers indeed… I ordered a $18/yr plan to setup as my backup server. 100GB storage is more than enough for my databases and site files to be backed up once a night for 7 day retention periods.

One of my New Year’s resolutions was to finally set up daily backups for all my infra, I’ve been putting this off for over 2 years (luckily have not been the negative effect of this yet).

Time to change that for 2019 ;-) Happy New Year folks.

    Avoid them!

The worst hosting I’ve ever used. I ordered VPS from them but their ping was very high to my destination. Besides they use HDD which considerably slows down VPS as well. Though it’s my fault that I did not pay attention to this. So after three days I asked for refund but received only the same responses about changing location and their management staff being out of office. I did so multiple times but no luck. It almost two months have passed but still there is no refund and no answer for my last tickets.

  7. Thoughts on these deals? I wouldn’t mind a package in between these two deals. I prefer more cores to bandwidth personally.

BE CAREFUL about their services. I wanted a KVM but accidentally bought an openVZ VM, and requested a cancellation and refund only a few hours after the transaction. They promised a 24 hour refund [1], but have been “too busy” to respond meaningfully to my ticket for over a month so far.

  10. How many CPU cores in the 2GB VPS – LA/NY?
What is the frequency of each core?
Do you accept payments via Paxum?
How long have you been in business?

This place is the worst provider I’ve had in 15 years. Servers are WAY over sold. Things crash. Disk I/O is awful. They suspend VPS’ if you try to use it even a tiny bit because their host nodes are so over loaded. Management apparently has to handle just about everything that isn’t tech support related and they’ve been “out of the office” since November. Overall a joke provider.

Worst service, they shut my vps down several times without even notifying me with an email. When you question it they will say its over used but ask them what process or for more details or some kind of proof and you will get no response.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY from these guys.

Get a lighter and burn your money, you will get more out of it.

Another vote for AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. These servers are garbage. Prepaid $40 for a year of what was supposed to be 6GB OpenVZ VPS. The VPS was extremely slow. I checked load using htop and it was never anywhere near 100%, yet just running basic commands like apt upgrade was extremely slow. Took forever to get a desktop environment installed so I could VNC.

The box could barely handle running LXDE, would often randomly disconnect, and was all around slow as molasses. Then once I disconnected from the server I realized I couldn’t reconnect. Tried to use their admin panel to access the VM, but that feature on their website implemented in 3 different ways, and they’re all broken. Put in a ticket, and they said try again. It worked. No explanation as to why it didn’t work the first time.

Next day, tried to log in again, same issue. Had to put in a ticket again. Again they said try again. Again it worked.

Couple weeks later, tried to log in and couldn’t. Checked the admin panel and the VPS was just off. Turned it on, tried to log in again. Couldn’t. Put in a ticket. They said try again. And…. it worked.

Cancelled my service and never looking back.

    AVOID!!!!!!

4 CPU cores are useless. They do not allow processes that take up any CPU resources.

Submitted a ticket almost 4 months ago shortly after signing up for their service. Haven’t had a single stable day of service since I signed up. They tried to migrate it to a different node but has the exact same issues. Their support is incompetent and their admin continuously ignores my case. They are impossible to get a hold of over email and they only have 1 person on their support staff who cant even speak proper english. Their phone # they advertise on their website goes straight to a voicemail message that sounds like someone put their phone up to a PC speaker playing a crappy voice-to-text message. When asked for a refund they started to ignore my tickets.

You will not ever get stable service or competent support from this company no matter how hard you try.
Avoid them like they plague. They are not worth the trouble.

    This service is trash. AVOID!
I have one of their VPS and EVERY WEEK it crashes and goes offline. At least 3-4 times per week it reboots and all your services become offline. I opened tickets but they always answer “we are fixing this, I’ll be online asap” but EVERY WEEK this? I barely run an webserver with already nothing traffic and it keeps crashing. With SSH you get weird errors and disconnects at random times, no reliable at all!

    Avoid.

Bought a VPS, Its down twice in a week. I just bought it a week ago.
I also believe my files are gone, since I am not able to find it on the server.

If your data isnt important, this is the VPS you should buy.

Avoid at all cost – this smells like a scam.

I cancelled within the three day window (literally within 3 hours of my initial purchase) after realizing that the package would not work for me. After no refund was posted, I opened a ticket and it took them 9 days to respond. They had the gall to ask if I wanted to try a different plan!

Avoid like the plague. Their only solution to your queries is going to be: “kindly upgrade to KVM plan” :))) PVS is slow, you use any CPU at all and it will be suspended.

Avoid them. The server keeps going down and is very unstable. Spend some more money and get a decent server with a good provider and avoid the headaches

The 2GB NY VPS we had from them kept being shut off. They seem to have issues in NY.
They suggested to switch us to LA but I need NY location.
Trying to get a refund for over a month now and being ignored.

Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. Their refund policy is complete BULLSHIT. I bought the 8GB VPS special from this deal and was very unhappy with it. I submitted a ticket requesting a refund well within the 24 hour “no questions back money guarantee” time frame and it’s been 3 months. Their servers are absolute garbage and I’ve had much better experiences with systems with much lesser specifications than what I ordered. Most of the time, if I do any kind of processing on their service, I will get locked out of it because of how awfully slow it is.

Bought 2 VPS (LA and NY). The longest uptime I got was 5 days. VPS goes offline randomly any time of the day with no warning and would be offline for a couple of hours to a day. Got tired of opening tickets so I’m just abandoning them since they’re totally unusable.
