Aside from the new location, Eric told us that they updated some of their most popular templates. They have also added an OnlyOffice template – which is a multifunctional portal for business collaboration, document and project management. Thanks for the feedback. I’m curious as to your requirements. Send us message (at our support email) and tell us about it. Perhaps we can work out a solution.

Hi,
All the Location have 1 GB/s Uplink ?? Is the full Space Usable ?? I mean for Me, I would use full of the space, so asked !
Only the NYC data center is a 100 Mbps uplink. All other locations (LA, Seattle, Chicago, Dallas, Buffalo) have 1 Gbps.
When you mean “space”, do you mean disk capacity? If so, yes. The capacity allocated can be fully utilized.
Where can I find OnlyOffice template to test?
We had a bit of a hiccup with having the template viewable for all nodes. You should be able to see it now in the template list drop down. Its listed as “OnlyOffice 8.6.0 – Minimum 2 GB RAM”. Yes, it requires a plan with that much RAM.
Thank you! It’s great.
Eric – Are you willing to enable FUSE on your VPS’s?
FUSE is enabled on all nodes.

Wanted to use for a new .space domain, but during setup this is not allowed
The config script checks for a proper domain name. Enter a common one for now, like .net, and we can change it after setup.
Hi, would Debian 8 32/64 bit be available?
Yes. A Debian 8 template is now available.
Are there none left? When I click on the link none of the order now buttons are clickable
The promotional stock on Seattle is now exhausted. However, we’ve have stock in Buffalo and offer the same promos there.
Hey Eric, will you guys by any chance be launching the same 50% promo with your LA servers?
Not at this time.
Do you have a template for 32bit Centos 5?
Yes. Here is our current list of templates.

Chicago test IP is down.
Let me know if you’re still having trouble. I see it as up and online.
Do you suppose TUN/TAP and Docker? (kernel 042stab105.4)
support*
Currently, we don’t support Docker. We’d like to in the near future.
I’ve had one of their servers for a while, and the I/O is pretty lousy. I was running it as a replication slave for a DB hosted on a RamNode VPS (with same specs), and it couldn’t keep up.
Could you tell us the specs of the vm and its location? You can also contact us via the ticket system or support email to tell us more about your application & experience. Lets see if we can improve things for you.
I’ve opened ticket #794806 since this doesn’t need to be thrashed out on LEB. The VPS is running in Dallas (node51). To avoid doubt, when I say “couldn’t keep up”, I mean it has I/O wait of +/- 20% and is falling behind the master at the rate of 1 second for every second it runs. Meanwhile, the master is used in production and is getting hit with reads AND writes yet handles it pretty easily (I/O wait around 1%). Both OpenVZ, neither is pure SSD, etc. If you can improve it then I’d be pretty happy.
Hello Eric,
Trying to get the Buffalo deal but can’t checkout because missing name, address etc.. fields but these fields don’t display at the moment in latest Chrome/Firefox Windows 8
Oh I see, have to register.. got it
I need a windows VPS, do you have a provision for that?
We don’t.
Our virtualization is exclusively OpenVZ which is Linux based.
Thanks for the feedback, would the offer still be available till January? Would like to grab the offer by January for a web hosting service.
Not anymore in stock ?
We’re now offering the same annual deals in Chicago. Check it out at http://openvirtuals.com/
Any stock left?
Any intentions of making an Ubuntu 16.04 + WordPress template?
