Edward, from SimpleNode, has got an exclusive OpenVZ deal for LowEndBox readers located in Dallas, Texas (with Incero). No coupon is required to get the advertised prices. SimpleNode have been featured on LowEndBox a handful of times over the past years. They have been operating under the simplenode.co domain for several months now now, but were using the simpleno.de domain before that. This offer is hosted on a node utilizing either the E5-2560 or E3-1270v2 CPU and with at least four drives in RAID10 (on a “high end” LSI card). If you require a custom operating system, simply open a ticket and they’ll take care of it. SimpleNode have attracted some great reviews in the past; if you’re a customer, how is your service?

SimpleNode accept payments via Paypal and Bitcoin. Refunds are issued at their discretion. They reserve the right to refuse any refund request. Additional IPv4’s can be purchased for $1.50/month. IRC is allowed for legitimate uses and VPNs are but for private use only. No Tor exit nodes or Adult content. Torrents are fine, however they will limit your disk I/O if you are abusing it. As usual, take a look at their Terms of Service before singing up.

E5-2560?
Typo – E5-2620

Exactly. Is this KVM or OpenVZ? The price says OpenVZ. The “custom operating system” bit of this post leans more KVM. Which is it?
The order link says OpenVZ. Yup, no KVM here. The OS selection is also rather confusing.
You are correct – this is OpenVZ. I’m not sure what’s confusing about the OS selection, however more templates are available once you log into SolusVM – our billing system truncates the list on the order page.
OVZ? KVM ? …information mess?
Looks like there are a few typos in this – I will contact Maarten to have these fixed.
Please note these are OpenVZ, not KVM. However, if you use the “SSDNOW” coupon, you can get 40% off our SSD KVM servers, which bring them into the LEB price range.
As for the CPU, we have added E3-1230(v2) and dual X5680 nodes since this offer was submitted.
