1. Guys their servers are the worst of worst
everyday they had down times 4 to 5 hour long down times
I opend 50 to 80 tickets for the last year they dont even refund or fix those issues
All IP’s are ban due to spammers and told us to purchase Dedicated IP without resolving their issues
Don’t even try their service because price is cheap

• That’s just not acceptable. I’ve never send more than 10 tickets in a year.

GO READ OTHER REVIEWS ON THIS SITE OF SOLVEDBYDATA BEFORE YOU BUY!!

These guys are one of the worst reviewed hosts on here, and I was stupid enough to do business with them as well and learned just how scummy they are. Your servers will never be online and will always be down during core business hours, and their so called “president” will accuse you of fraud by asking for your money back. This company is clearly run by some inexperienced kid in his parents basement. Just go read the reviews, and google them too.

Some notes on commenting on LowEndBox:

• Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
• Akismet is used for spam detection. Quoting webhostingtalk.com URL seems to get binned consistently here, but I do peek into the spam box frequently to publish those comments.
• Use
...
to quote the output from your terminal/console, or consider using a pastebin service.
