I read all the reviews in the LET Website and finally found all these guys posted reviews are fake.
I unfortunately bought one of Master Resellers from “upbeat hosting”, the server is up in minutes, but there services and it was down (No Dedicated IP as promised and No Softaculous Installer License),
They have nothing but problems and are unable to determine why they have issues, Tickets sent went basically unresolved, current tickets are being ignored and unanswered with no communication since since the charged my account. Even i asked for the refund, no commuinication.
Does anyone know what ubuntu and debian versions are available here? Can’t find on order form or website.

This always happen with me. When i purchased some thing, there is new updates come with better oppurtunties. Well guys i am with them since jan 2019, and they are 100% up. Well They take some extra time for support related issues. Hope so They will fix it soon.

Run from these guys. Took 3 days for them to process a payment mainly because their original provider dropped them. On a claimed 1Gbit connection, the performance was worse than awful: 53.19 Mbit down and 20.03 Mbit up. First request to cancel account and refund purchase was deleted without a response. Second request is still pending. Fortunately, we paid with PayPal.

Are additional IP addresses available on the VPS plan? If so, what is the cost per IP?
Would not recommend. Constant service outages since I signed up a few months ago, cannot run anything on these VMs.
Hello I would not recommend this Upbeat Hosting provider because I was banned by requesting a refund. Please be weary of their practices as this is not a professional manner to go about a business banning people because you don’t like them.
