Indeed, they sport a 4.4 TrustPilot rating.

I signed up for a VPS through this , but I haven’t received any emails with the access details. Even though the VPS is marked as ‘active,’ I can’t seem to get any access.
Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice on how to resolve it?

What os do the servers use? Not sure as it doesn’t state anything while buying.
We support Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, Windows Server, Archlinux, Fedora, Almalinux and few others. You can also use custom iso.
