Servers in Amsterdam, Netherlands (test IP: 89.248.167.11). Domain registered to “Hassan Latif” in Pakistan since April this year (who blogs here). Website might look nice but completely unusable due to invalid links. ToS/AUP available here, although it is not specifically for VPS. Both NS on the same server — common fail from leased cPanel box. Previously “guruhost.co” from his WHT offer posts, and it’s already dead despite it has only been launched in February.
Another VPS provider I’ll give a “pass” today.

Ecatel is not that bad even though they have got a bad reputation in the past.
