All very expesinve imho. I’d rather pay $30 for slightly slower 8c but 8GB or even 16GB fully dedicated one than for such hybrid. I think your prices should be within netcup range (basically half of what you propose) to be considered a decent.
Hetzner auction server is cheaper. You can get a i7 dedi, 8c/8t for ~22 € You’re getting only 2 cores not the full server.
