Virtono recently posted their first offer on LowEndTalk and we’re sharing it on LowEndBox as well. They’re a Romanian-based provider offering service in six locations around the world, but for this special offer they’re limiting deployments to Bucharest (Romania) and Dallas, Texas (USA).
Virtono has been in business for six years and a lot of their staff have 15 or more years in their IT careers. I got a good vibe from browsing their site – they have tutorials and a knowledgebase, background on their staff, and an affiliate program that is spelled out in full detail.
Their WHOIS is public, and they are a registered Romanian company (REG No. J13/1532/2014). You can read their TOS on their web site. They accept Paypal, Credit Cards, Bitcoin, Skrill, and Alipay.
