I presume the VPS are KVM instances? Do you allow Windows to be installed on these instances? I have my own *genuine* licences to use.

Yes they are KVM instances, if you have a license, we can set up Windows on your server, you can place an order, and raise a ticket and our team can switch this plan to a Windows Plan. (also, include a screenshot of this message, and the team will sync)
Just to note, our Windows Plans does not support snapshots, but it does support automatic backups :)

Had an an account since last year and love that ability to do snapshots and backups before an upgrade. Performance has been great and support is fast. I’ve had a few blips where there are connectivity issue, but I get texts if there are issues. I bought another this year for a good price. Love that backups are included this year.

Can you download a backup or snapshot and apply that snapshot to another VM (I.e ifI want to clone a server to test updates)?
Hi Brian, we do not support downloading backups, however, we’re working on VM cloning! It should be available to all of our users when it’s ready.
