Nice to see that Racknerd are now including mailchannels on there reseller hosting. That was the show stopper for me last time but now I think I’m going to go ahead and proceed with ordering. Jetbackup is a plus too assuming the functionality is there for my customers to restore their own backups.
Hi Boris!
Thank You for commenting – we’re just as excited for these features too, we are constantly expanding, adding value, features, and more for our client base. It is our goal to ensure that enough features are available so that our resellers have enough to leverage and win business themselves, to create long-term success. We are also open to feature requests as we’re committed.
We are looking forward to working with you.
Hello. I am looking at buying one of your VPS plans. If I wanted to buy the lowest package and upgrade later to the middle tier.. is it something that is possible?
Thanks.
Hi Somel – thank you for expressing interest in RackNerd. Great question by the way.
Upgrades are always available, for example: Let’s say you purchase the New Year 2021 promotion 1GB, and in the future wish to upgrade to the New Year 2021 2.5GB plan, you can! All that is needed is a sales ticket.
Also, I know you’re not after this but figured I’d comment on it since we are always transparent, fair, honest and looking to establish long-term relationships. We wouldn’t allow an “upgrade” or “downgrade” to a future _unrelated_ promotion, as this is considered promotion hoping and defeats the purpose of our sales.
We sincerely appreciate your interest and look forward to working with you.
Hi Andrew! Thank You for featuring RackNerd’s promotions, we sincerely appreciate all that you and the rest of the LEB/LET admin/mods do for the community.
For those interested and have questions, please be sure to comment. We’re extremely active with the community here.
You know whats weird? I’m a Racknerd customer and I was looking at pricing another VPS. This was posted a few moments ago… Wild
Hi Jimmy, that is awesome :)
Sometimes timing works out in our best interest, happy to have you here at RackNerd and to see you expanding.
We sincerely value your business.
I recommend Racknerd. They are best provider.
@Tu Nguyen — thank you so much :)
We work extremely hard to deliver competitively priced products, quality, good support, and infrastructure stability. We really enjoy it when our customers, partners, and potential prospects support our business.
Spun a second VPS to host a small website for a music group after my first one. Pretty reliable service.
Hi socheat, thank you for being an awesome customer of RackNerd! Happy to hear that our service level is working out for you, and to see you expand with RackNerd is just amazing. If we ever fall short of your expectations be sure to let us know as we care.
Thank You for being active with the LowEndBox/LowEndTalk community, I see you around often.
Hello there! I purchased two hosting from racknerd and they are very stable.
I purchased 2.5GVPS in Amsterdam last month, but the IP address assigned to me is Chicago. I consulted on the ticket on racknerd website, and the explanation of technical support made me unable to understand.
I would like to ask if this Amsterdam VPS is real?
Of course the VPS machine itself is very good, and there is no problem.
Please forgive my English, hope you can understand what I mean!
best regards!
Hi qianiqan – thank you for signing up with RackNerd!
I understand that you’ve purchased a VPS in Amsterdam with RackNerd, and it appears that the IPv4 allocated is geo-located in Chicago. This can be fixed by either relocating your VM to another hostnode that’ll include a new IPv4 address that is geolocated to Amsterdam, or by waiting for geolocation databases to update our CIDR blocks (IPv4 ranges) to reflect the proper geo-location.
As we quickly expand our network and infrastructure, it is possible that geo-location is not yet immediately reflecting, as these requests are submitted by our network team and third-party geo-location databases obtain the request and submit it for their processing.
If you’d like for me to review your ticket number, be sure to comment the ticket number and I’ll review/reply personally.
We sincerely appreciate you giving us a chance at your business and hope to work with you for years to come.
I’m having the same issue as qianiqan.. Except my ip is showing up as Buffalo NY.

Hi straykat – thank you so much for being a customer of RackNerd! We sincerely value your business.
If your IP is reflecting in a different region than where you’ve signed up, it is possible that geo-location databases have yet to update their records, and depending on where you’re checking this we can always reach out to them for correction.
Feel free to reply to the ticket if you’re still experiencing this.
I’m a RackNerd customer from past 6 months (LEB offer). Reseller hosting- Amazing speed and feature like nodejs app etc supported. My last main stream provider charged 3x what i pay them and had the addons disabled. Kudos to RackNerd team. They are very responsive in providing support. 10/10 Recommended.
Hi Jaswinder — we sincerely appreciate the positive feedback and business!
Happy to hear that our services and price point is working out for your needs. We’ll always be here to support, help, and be a reliable provider you can count on.
Thank You again.
Jaswinder: What are the addons that you speak of?
I am very confused? Why delete my reply? I actually use the RACKNERD network service and say it based on my own use. Is this a mistake?
Hello qianiqan, It is possible that your previous comment needed to be approved by the moderation team first before showing up on LowEndBox right away. I did answer one of your earlier posts, I hope this is the one you are referring to. If not, and you need further help just comment and I’ll be sure to reply. We’re very active here as well as our very own helpdesk.
Thank You again for signing up with us, we sincerely appreciate your business.
Is Windows or custom ISO available?
Hi Jon, we do support custom ISO – as long as they’re Linux we’ll mount them free of charge. All that is needed is a support ticket, with the URL so that we can download/mount it.
If you’re after Windows, we do license this ourselves at a cost (we, unfortunately, cannot accept customer licenses or provided Windows ISO’s) as this would violate our Microsoft SPLA agreement.
We hope that we can work with you if we’re not already doing business together.
By the way, here’s an awesome Windows VPS deal based on Ryzen 3900x and Enterprise Intel NVMe (awesome performance).

This promotion can be upgraded resource-wise, so just reach out to our sales team if you need more horsepower.
Hi Dustin
You planning to add Windows in EU?
Hi Kassem, we do intend on doing this :) The time frame has yet to be released, but we’re actively discussing massive expansion within the next few weeks – keep an eye on our social media and we’ll be making frequent updates regarding the expansion (locations + product lines).

Do ypu offer DirectAdmin Personal License ?
Hello – we do offer DirectAdmin, though if you’re looking for the lowest priced DirectAdmin cost, you might want to obtain the licensing direct.
We look forward to working with you.
Very tempting indeed. Are those price recurring?
Hi Joe! Pricing is recurring :)
Should be able to run Docker on these KVM VPS’s?
Hi Unicorn! Absolutely, totally supported.
We look forward to working with you.
Hello. For a reseller plan, is 1TB of traffic provided for 5 accounts or for each? And all accounts are on 1ip? Sorry for the noob questions and my english.
Hi Kimalainen, we appreciate your interest in RackNerd! The bandwidth allocation is monthly for all accounts associated to that service, and if ever needed you can upgrade resources as needed. We’ll always help provide the most competitive pricing available.
We hope to work with you!
Do you allow re-stream server using your VPS?
Hi Andy – there should be no issues running this application on our KVM VPS.
We look forward to working with you!
Hi Dustin, just another quick questions about KVM / SolusVM. Do you have a separate login for SolusVM or is it part of the admin control panel? I ask this because because of security reasons. Some providers only have a few options for SolusVM where as the the full SolusVM panel is on a separate site controlling the server. How about setting Rdns? Look forward to your reply and then I can purchase. Thanks
Hi Andy, thank you for your interest in our services. RackNerd’s admin interface is protected – and the client-side is hosted on a separate node than where you are deployed. You can manage and secure these credentials. Or if desired, we can remove SolusVM entirely for your VM if desired. At the end of the day, we’re flexible and depending on your goal we can put together a solution.
rDNS is possible, usually with the ability to do so yourself through SolusVM. If you find that the IP you’re allocated doesn’t have rDNS delegated a simple ticket to our support team would resolve this. We are friendly and available 24×7 and can assist with this free of charge.
We look forward to working with you.
I leave in France.
Racknerd has the best throughput I have ever seen to France.
I have tried so may hosting websites. Racknerd is the best.
I meet 1Gbits. It’s the maximum for my provider in Download (Orange).
For upload, I have measured 700Mbits.
I have tried different countries, and even Netherlands. None was as fast.
Support is good.
Just one thing: it’s not possible to have ipv6 address at Amsterdam. It’s possible only in the US.
Where are the shared hosting servers located?
I have Racknerd vps at Amsterdam, Dallas and New-York.
For France, the best throughput is with Amsterdam.
vps in the US are far less good (for France I repeat).
If I need to get big files from Dallas, I first get them from Amsterdam, and then from Amsterdam to France.
I have tried other providers in the UK and Chicago. They are no as good.
I have tried during 4 years Liteserver from Amsterdam. Racknerd is really better.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for sharing your experience with RackNerd! :)
