They’re a Hong Kong firm that offers service in

Istanbul (Turkey), Hanoi (Vietnam), Silicon Vally (USA), Bangkok (Thailand), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Washington (USA), Hong Kong (China), Seoul,Korea), Taipei (China), Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), Johannesburg (South Africa), Dhaka (Bangladesh), Manila (Philippines), Singapore, Dubai (The United Arab Emirates), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Frankfurt (Germany), and Sao Paulo (Brazil).  That’s quite a range, and some of those locations are rather rare.  I searched the archives and believe this is the first Phnom Penh offer we’ve ever had!

So what kind of offers?  How about a 2GB VPS with 1TB bandwidth and 50GB of storage for $7.71.  In all those places!  Wow!  Bigger plans up to 8GB, and see their site for offers up to 32GB RAM.
