I’ve been a PM customer for several years and the service has been remarkably problem-free. Every now and then you might see a network slowdown, but I find it’s not all that frequent. Also, I believe PM assigns you an overall bandwidth capacity, as I notice any download speeds to home slow down if rutorrent is doing a lot of network.
Considering how brutal peer-to-peer networks are (hundreds of simultaneous open connections per node, all simultaneously talking), I appreciate a host who keeps things working well, and PulsedMedia has been that in my experience.
