Cheap VPS LLC should not be confused with CheapVPS, the UK hosting provider. CheapVPS LLC is a registered LLC in the state of New York, USA, and has been since March 26, 2013. The domain has been registered about a month before that and their WHOIS information is public, which is looking good. Disks are configured in RAID10 and there are automated nightly backups in place. Other than that, I don’t have any information about the hardware, I’m afraid. These offers are hosted with Coresite/EGI in San Jose, California, USA, so they should be appealing to our users in Asia as well. If you are a current customer of CheapVPS LLC or become one because of this offer, please share your experiences with us in the comments!
PayPal and Bitcoin via BitPay are accepted payment methods. Their ToS in short is: don’t be an asshole. If you cause issues that affect other customers you’re likely doing something illegal. Before you order, please read their full Terms of Service.

IPv6 in the works?
Is inbound taffic counted?
I order a 512M VPS in 11/27/2014 , I pay a year ,then I apply a refund ,I just use one day, you cancell it immediately,I send you three ticket , nobody answer me , and no one refund .Then I read you TOS , why don’t you response my ticket ?
You can cheack the Invoice id 741 , order id 445
Ordered one vps, payed with bitcoins. Server appears Active but i can’t connect and support does not answer in 3 days. Fu guys.
This is a bad sign. A vendor that does this even once should be avoided like the plague. A VPS is either properly provisoned or it is not.
sounds like something you would get from ChicagoVPS – Exactly what happened to me after they unplugged 2 very good deals, claimed it was a HD crash (in 2 different cities?)- then, when the offered to “send it out again” – i.e. – send me a new VPS with a different IP after destroying my host – what I got were 2 IP addresses connected to NOTHING.
Ordered a VPS 72hrs ago. Still pending. No response from support. Avoid these guys like ebola.
I think these guys have taken the money and run. 6 days now. No server and no response.
Ordered one, paid with Paypal. No server after > 1 week, no response to ticket. Looks indeed like they took the money and ran.
Note: If you pay via paypal, will set up an automated transaction. Be sure to disable this, or they’ll keep taking your money.
I ordered 1 VPS about a year ago. In the beginning the service was good. Quick response to support issues. However I haven’t been able to use my VPS for about 6 months now. No answer to support tickets….after re-opening tickets for same issue with no replies, I also noticed that someone closed out the tickets. I had to re-open the ticket and still sitting untouched. Unless things change, I strongly advise to use another service. You would be throwing away your money with CheapVPS.
No response to tickets, vps not working….avoid these guys.
