I would like to know if you need help to enable fuse on a vps. I can send the step by step.
No instant activation, had to wait a few hours. Only one ipv6 instead of 64. Unable to install ConfigServer on their VPS.
Locked myself out trying to install CSF (after reloading with faststart disabled). Tried to login through SSH Serial Console to recover, but it turns out it was disabled (without any notice).
My ticket about not being able to install CSF because of some OpenVZ node setting WAS DELETED without being answered!!!
VPS itself seems to be fine but the service is too unreliable for me.
Did they already answer you? Because I’ve been trying for enable fuse for 4 days.
They told me the deleted ticket was in error, and they can move me to a newer node where I will be able to install CSF. But that was 4 days ago. I replied but haven’t heard back.
Like you said the VPS itself is good, excellent disk speed. They have their own datacenter. But customer support is lacking.
I think they only have level 1, basic support professionals. If it’s anything a little more complex they need a third party service. Until today they have not been able to enable fuse in vps, which is an operation that takes a maximum of 2 minutes to perform.
Very good, but the support is very weak. I’ve been waiting 4 days for them to enable fuse for me, and they just don’t respond. An attendant a few hours after I opened the ticket said it was done, which was not true, after that it’s been more than 3 days and no other response.
Worst hosting service provider.
Very unprofessional tech-support.
I think this company run by single person.
Poor IP reputation, It requires 3-4weeks time to fix the small issues.
Sometimes after a month also your ticket will not resolve.
Just stay-away from these people.
Beware ! They deliver Spam VPS/IP’s !
These guys will deliver you IP’s whom are all on spamlists from Spamhaus, Barracuda, gmail and hotmail. So your company mail will not arrive and will be blocked to nearly the whole world ! You cannot use your mail as it is identified as Spamserver/ip. I even asked them for an extra ip in case of problems, they would arrange that and noted on invoice, however when i asked for it they didn’t have any !
They charge per year, which means you have an entire year a vps/server/ip that’s absolutely useless. You end up writing 100 tickets about it the whole year long and nothing changes for the good ! Stay away from these guys !
Support was a little slow, over a week, but they resolved my issue, and I have to say that I am now super satisfied with the quality of service.
