Never again for me, nothing but issues. Bought 2 Racknerd VPS in the past few days, working great, no issues at all. Thought I would mix it up with another provider, bad decision. Just so they don’t say I am not a customer. ticket #372230.

Like others here, I have VPS’s with Racknerd (that are rock solid) and wanted a backup with another provider. I have tried 3 VPS’s with Dedipath and I am thankful it is only a monthly charge as I am about to cancel them. I have had a lot of trouble with Dedipath that has taken up a lot of my time with issues that are not of my making.
I don’t recommend them as a supplier. I am still waiting for an explanation of why one VPS was offline and inaccessible yesterday for two hours. Couldn’t access orboot it from the control panel. A very disappointing experience.
