There maybe multiple reasons why a vps can go offline or stuck at a reboot stage so we will act and review the vps status as soon as we recieve a ticket. (If we did not catch it offline at our routine checks). Nice to know your vps is back online.

Yes we do provide SolusVM control panel free with all VPS plans and yes you may install cPanel on a standard VPS (Actually we install any control panel for you free of charge) though cPanel is a paid control panel and not free one. Also we recommend at least professional VPS plan for cPanel installations.
