I looked through the LowEndBox archives and while we’ve had some Cyprus-registered businesses before, I believe this is the first offer we’ve ever had with service based in Cyprus.
HostingB2B is registered in Cyprus with company number HE410139 and VAT CY10410139C. Their Terms of Service is available on their web site (Privacy Policy). They accept JCC SMART, VISA, Mastecard, PayPal, and BitPay..
