I got one of these last time it was posted. Although I had a little difficulty figuring out their control panel (they have some things in Chinese), the server seems to be good and has worked well so far.

Yes! it’s show “我是404”
After confirming the registration, I was redirected to a link:
https://vm.hostmem.com/robots.txt
And at the link you mentioned, there is no way to place an order. An error 404 is displayed.
For 12.99/Y I’m satisfied with the performance, but have noted the following two items I didn’t see mentioned in their TOS:
Port 25 is blocked by default, although they did (begrudgingly) unblock it.
Reverse DNS is not supported.
FreeBSD is available at this KVMs?
Telegram, Skype and QQ for support? R u ok in the year 2020 guys?
Their KVM does not support AES instructions. It’s confusing.
Sent a ticket 21 hr ago, but received no respond yet.
DO NOT BUY the service of this company. Their boxes have lost internet connections for nearly ONE week, but NO BODY is out to explain and solve this.
