Kazila is a registered LLC in the state of Texas and has been in business since 2008. We’ve featured them plenty of times before. Compared to their last offers, these offers come with double the RAM, double the SSD space, and double the bandwidth! And all of that for the same price as the old offers. That’s a pretty good deal if you ask me. Kazila uses RAID1 on the SSD nodes, hosts them with zColo, and buys their transfer from Incero. There wasn’t too many feedback on their last offer, but from the bits and pieces I’ve been able to find reviews are usually positive. Please let us know if you give them a shot!

You can pay for these servers using PayPal or credit card. There is a 3-day money back guarantee for virtual servers; please contact them in case you’re not satisfied. For all the details on this and other things, please read their Terms of Service.

  1. Title says “starting at $38/year for 256MB”, but offer shows $38/year for 128mb.

    • The title is correct. The package is called KSSD-128, however if you click on the checkout link, we are offering double the RAM on every package at no extra cost.

So you are doubling the RAM/Disk/Bandwidth on just the KSSD-X packages, and are offering the 30% Recurring Discount on just the KVPS-X packages?

Additionally, the Checkout page reports that the “The promotion code has been applied to the cart but no items qualify for the discount yet – please check the promotion terms”… (??)

      • Correct, the coupon applies to just KVPS packages. I’m not sure why you are receiving that message, please register for an account, then email me the primary email address on the account as well as the package you are interested in purchasing. I will apply the coupon manually on your order. My email is nate [at] kazila.com

I signed up 3 days ago. The server is still pending setup and I have had no response from my 2 support tickets. No one answers the livechat on their site. So it looks like I’ll have to get a PayPal refund on this one…

    Avoid!

I also tried to set up an account. My payment was refunded. I created a support ticket. They responded they ran out of IP addresses but I could get set up on older hardware. I said that is fine. But then a few weeks have gone by and I have sent several emails and called the number on their website (512-400-3004) and left a voice mail (it always goes directly to voicemail) and no response.

      So yea.. avoid!

      • Sorry I did not see this until now. I do apologize for this. I can offer you three months worth of credit on your account. Please email me directly (nate [at] kazila.com) with your primary email address and I’ll get your order processed as well as the credit added onto your account. We have restocked on IP addresses.

Some notes on commenting on LowEndBox:

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
  • Akismet is used for spam detection. Quoting webhostingtalk.com URL seems to get binned consistently here, but I do peek into the spam box frequently to publish those comments.
