Already displeased with the service… Waste of time right out of the gate… So this place doesnt send out emails with VPS details, instead you have to goto a control panel and get your login details. But the thing is, this shitty place has a broken system, my signup password doesnt work with the control panel, i tried to reset the password but it doesnt send me an email… I put a ticket up but i’m just waiting and waiting for a response. So i have already paid these people, but i cant even access the VPS i paid for and I have to wait for them to respond to my ticket to even get use of my service…. Very shitty service right out of the beginning. I’m sure they will respond to this with plenty of excuses though.

I totally get it, figuring out new systems can be a pain sometimes. Just to clarify, our control panel uses a different password from our billing system. You’ll need to use the password noted on your service in the billing panel to access it.
About your ticket: We sent you a reply to your ticket within 10 minutes of its creation. Everything seemed fine then, but your follow-up had a bit of an edge to it. But looks like we got it all figured out!
We’ve used this setup before without any hiccups, so we’re confident we can sort things out for you. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you need more help or have questions.

– Featured partner is a fivem rp server’s discord
– Sells android emulators
All of this adds up to guaranteed trash kiddie host. Avoid anything even remotely associated with a discord.
If they are standard whmcs/solus did you use ANY special characters or a long password? This breaks setup.
Maybe I was little too harsh with that message but every time I have encounter this it’s if a provider advertises “discord” they are only good for games, not to use for professional production services.

Just to clear a few things up:
1. We’re far from a “trash kiddie host.” We take pride in providing professional services and have been doing so since 2022. Furthermore, we serve over 700 clients who seem pretty happy with us.
2. While Discord is one of our channels for announcements and client communication, it’s not the only thing we offer. We understand it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s a convenient way for us to keep in touch with our clients and for them to chat with each other.
3. As for our partner being a FiveM RP server’s Discord, hey, we’re all about supporting communities. They might not be in the same lane as some of our other clients, but diversity makes the world go ’round, right?
4. Selling Android emulators: We noticed a demand for them, so we decided to offer them. Seems like good business sense to us.
