The Login details on the service is for the control panel you can see the login details for the VPS when logged in.
Please do not create multiple tickets it will only make a delay.
We answer within 24-48 hours depending on the case.

And we do claim 24-hour ticket support meaning you can create a ticket whenever you need to.
