Nicholas, from MyServerPlanet, has sent in their very first offer to the LowEndBox community. The locations for their service are with different datacenters, but what’s common is their good price point. This should be very exciting news to people who are looking for excellent deals!
Here are their OpenVZ offers located in Buffalo, USA with Colocrossing. All are indeed very cheap annual deals!

Yup! You can use for VPN.
£2.50/year,will you do business without profit ? anyway, nice offer !
Thanks! :-) Please enjoy!
Other companies also gives these type of offer, you should check other offers and choose the best of them
are you support tun/tap ?
Thanks
Yup TAP/TUN is enabled. :-)
CC going dirt cheap
As much as people complain about ColoCrossing, they’re a VERY good data center.
but crappy network to europe, and spammer heaven
This is probably cheaper than dirt — I spent a little over 800 dollars this year on manure/compost for a third of an acre garden. Of course this is an apples and oranges comparison, but I am pretty sure I will benefit more from the money spent in the garden.
Instant setup, fast feeling, and SolusVM supports TUN/TAP PPP on £2.50/year VPS. 256 MB RAM, no VSwap.

But right now, probably because is getting populated and the first hours, the VPS is quite unstable when checking from outside, giving some glimpse of downs and ups.
Rafa, could you please give an update about the stability?
Wow, would order one, but do you accept Bitcoins?
Sorry, we don’t take BTC.
Hi I have bought a Vps from my server they have provisioned it immediately but the network speed of Vps seems to be low
Can @nick provide some bench marks
Hi @nick
Can I club 2 256 MB OVZ instead of buying 1 512MB
;)
I lost my money here, I’ve paid but not processed
What? Can you please tell me what the order number is or the ticket #?
All orders have been proceed if they are not then open up a ticket and we can help or even refund you.
Hello, I would like to have a live conversation regarding moving my current hosted solutions. Please advise how as you do not have live chat and I am located in the USA.. I did not see a toll free number.
We are sorting a number out, but not USA local its for the UK.
So I ordered one, got a welcome email, but it never came online, I was unable to login to SolusVM, and never got a response for 22 hours from support.
Can you tell me your ticket #?
That doesn’t seem right as they’re are no pending orders left in que. regarding these offers.
I have an issue with MyServerPlanets password handling policies. The password you use at account creation is sent in plain text to your email, and written in plain text in the VPS details on the website. The password shown in the VPS details isn’t removable without administrative intervention.
If you choose to use this VPS provider, make sure to use a random password at account creation and change it immediately afterwards.
I’ll just add this FAQ as a public service announcement on how to work with this issue.

Already out of stock? Company is very small.. heed this warning.
We don’t focus much on VPS, and infact we sold a ton of units of each and every single package we sold here.
R u planning on offering the 2.5 / annum vps again?
Yes, as you understand it isn’t viable to offer something like this all the time.
Will anymore of these VPS be available soom?
Yes, in the future, not yet, we’re working on a high specification dedicated server for the next offer we are doing.
Nick
Ordered a VPS, setup within 10-15 minutes. Put a ticket in wrt some general inquiries and received a response after 7 minutes. Pretty good so far, will probably be ordering another.
Thanks Ant!
I probably would order another if they were in stock :( any plans to add more?
Sorry Ant, not just yet.
wow, these guys are awesome, the support is amazing, thank you so much nick!
Thanks Andrew :-) enjoy your VM.
It says out of stock – any plans of restocking?
Hi,
No sorry not yet. We’re working on our next listing for a dedicated server at the moment, we have a dual L5530 in mind for our next.
Nick.
I see, any guess how long time it’s gonna take?
Hi,
Sorry no ETA. You can register on our panel for updates.
No way, I’m late :'(
When are you going to open a new offer for your vps hosting? Seems nice for me to try VPS hosting. Hopefully you will add it soon. Thanks.
I have to say, having created a VPS from these guys initially it was great. Couldn’t fault the ticket reply times. However my VPS went offline recently, couldn’t access the control panel either. Opened a ticket and it seems from the replies I’ve been handled by an outsourced support engineer who thought it was a rather good idea to just re-create a VPS instance for me instead of investigating why my existing one was down. I had to go and confirm the IP of the server I was missing, even though this information is readily available in my account, it’s the only service I have. Rather strange if you ask me.
Still trying to get this resolved, however I’d recommend staying clear. I guess what more can you expect for £10 a year VPS.
hello, my vps has fail for 1 week.
the ticket is closed without notice.
the vps ip is 198.23.200.17
fail again 1 week
I am having problem with the DNS settings, but I CANNOT even find the link to open a ticket! Now have to come back here to look for help!
Customer service is taking a lot of time to reply to my tickets about the refund.
I paid the invoice and now they are taking a lot of time to activate it.
Going to wait for 1 more day and just cancel and refund my money.
Now they don’t reply to the tickets about the refund , and the VPS is also offline.
same, at first vps was great, now cant even connect to it .. guess you get what you pay for
Any update on this? Still worth giving a shot or should I look elsewhere
MyServerPlanet is group of amateurs, no response to support tickets for more than week…I do not recommend.
Spent a year with them on one of cheapes offers – support is doing thigns very lazy and sometimes doesnt not responded for a week. Server can be shut down without reasons or be vanished.
Definetly do not recomend.
