If you expect to get any kind of communication from this company while your server is down… FORGET it. They feel like a 1-man band kind of hosting. My server was down for almost 24 hours and I had to plead with them through support tickets to simply tell my WHATS GOING ON? and CAN YOU PLS give me an ETA? – Very little to no response. Had to build my server elsewhere and restore from cloud backups rather than wait for the clowns to ever get around to getting my server back online – VERY unprofessional.
I just dealt with the same issue and canceled my service and went to another provider. They claim it was a maintenance but never bothered to inform customers before hand.

After looking in to the issue it looks like it was a motherboard failure on the server and we were waiting for our server host to have techs swap it out. We are working on better ways to communicate these outages to our customers and we will do better in the future.
We are definitely not a one-man band hosting company, we host thousands of customers from all corners of the globe. Due to the low budget nature of the low-end hosting business our support services are located off-shore to keep costs down. As we discover issues within our training program we continually work on improving. Our next step is to implement a status page to keep our customers up to date with any outages across our hundreds of servers.
