They’re a hosting company in Kosovo and have a nice offer for a cheap VPS:

We’ve had a few offers from Kosovo in the past but it’s still a rare geography, so it’s pretty cool to see such a big system available at a reasonable price.

RKS Hosting is registered in Republic of Kosovo. Their Terms of Service is available on their web site (Privacy Policy). They accept Credit/Debit Cards and Bitcoin.
