  5. I’ve been using these guys for 5 years now. Performance has always been good. Over 5 years/10 servers, I’ve issued about 8 tickets per year; response is always 0.5-3 hours. I rate these guys are ‘very good’, and I recommend them.

    So far, it’s been spotty.

    Signed up, paid with Paypal (And yes my credit card / paypal matches) and I got the confirmation that I paid
    They didn’t get the paypal message, cancelled my server. waited 9 hours to answer my tickets and I still don’t have my server :(

      Server up…2 days after I paid for it.
      Just an update, appears they only work 9-5 as they only answered tickets during this time.

        I was out of town for vacation. Just saw your comment.

        So, basically, our response time for technical support is 24/7, but for sales customer support is only from 9-5.

        I truly hope your issue has been solved already, and hopefully, you’re satisfied with our service.

Some notes on commenting on LowEndBox:

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
  • Akismet is used for spam detection. Quoting webhostingtalk.com URL seems to get binned consistently here, but I do peek into the spam box frequently to publish those comments.
  • Use <pre>...</pre> to quote the output from your terminal/console, or consider using a pastebin service.
