That’s a very interesting ToS, given that the servers are located in The Land of Erdoğan… Who knows what will be illegal tomorrow?
Hello there,
Illegal contents are specified in the Service Agreement. Please check.
https://www.hostigger.com/terms-of-service
Offers sound good but as Rob says, Erdoğan and his rants are a complete put off to risk a server in Turkey. I hope there is no drop down for creed etc. in the order form.
Hello there,
Our servers have been in this location for years. Unless you are engaged in an illegal activity, you will not have a problem. Also, contents such as warez, vpn and adult are prohibited, as stated in the service contract.
What is your refund policy?
Hi,
Our Refund Policy is clearly stated in our Service contract.
