Almost like an inactive company or scam, Before placing order created a ticket 4 days ago to billing on work week, no reply till today. Created a ticket to Support 2 days ago before placing order, 2 replies received saying we understand your requirements and one reply said billing team will soon reply. I placed order 3 days ago. They say 0-12 hrs deployment in pre-built server, almost 2 days the time passed forget server, they are not replying to ticket either. Server costed me $178 and they are in mode of IDC.
Still waiting for the server or at least reply on ticket, I already added reply to cancel the order and refund, let’s see how they scam me now.
