Unlimited IBM<->IBM bandwidth is helpful to some I’m sure but is far different than unlimited bandwidth to the general Internet.
I’m in fayetteville and when I did a quick ping test to their test IP, the results were slightly worse than the ping to my oracle cloud free VPS in Ashburn
