Well, I used to think RackNerd was pretty reliable BUT they’ve had to give me several replacement VPSs on different nodes TWICE so far this year, due to catastrophic hardware failures. Soooo, I’m considering moving a lot of things elsewhere.

That being said, no one is immune from hardware failures, this can happen in the world of IT. We do have several safeguards in place and we are able to manage/mitigate the effects of most hardware issues without action needed from our customers, though in the rare instance there is action needed from our customer’s end, we try to communicate those details as best as we can.

In all fairness, I wouldn’t say “anyone” – it’s worth noting that Inc. has an array of programs, each typically having an associated non-refundable application fee. That being said, any payments made to Inc. are for the application process itself only, and isn’t a guaranteed approval. All applications are manually reviewed & processed by their team.
