Is the End of Third Party Cookies Finally Near?
Sometime in "late 2023", Google will finally phase out third party cookie for Chrome. Finally. Firefox has been blocking them since 2019, and Safari does as well. No one uses Edge, which leaves Chrome as a laggard. Unfortunately, this doesn't mean the end of tracking. Indeed, it may make it worse in some ways.
